Our Story

Breath Body Balance is a holistic wellness studio offering yoga, meditation, breathwork, and contemplative practices in a grounded and supportive environment.

We exist to support people in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and cultivating clarity, balance, and presence in daily life. Our approach is simple, practical, and rooted in both lived experience and time tested traditions.

OUR APPROACH

At Breath Body Balance, practice is not about fixing or improving yourself.
It is about learning to listen to the body, the breath, and the present moment.

We create conditions where awareness can unfold naturally, without pressure or expectation. Each offering is guided with care, respect, and sensitivity to individual experience.

Our sessions are accessible to beginners while still offering depth for experienced practitioners.

The Studio in Haad Yao

Serenity Residence

BreathBodyBalance is located in Haad Yao, Koh Phangan, surrounded by tropical nature and ocean air.

The studio is housed in a Mediterranean style home designed to feel open, calm, and grounded. The yoga shala opens toward the beach, offering a natural environment for practice, reflection, and rest.

This space supports slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and returning to a more natural rhythm of living.

Aravindan Kaliamoorthy
Founder and Facilitator

Meditation and breathwork facilitator whose journey began in childhood in Auroville. His work is shaped by monastic living, Buddhist training, and years of experience with retreat centers in India and Thailand.

Yupin

Yupin
Operational Manager

With a strong background in hospitality, Yupin creates welcoming, well organized spaces for international guests. She is the founder of Serenity Residence and supports the daily operations of BreathBodyBalance.

Sayan

Sayan
Director

Rooted in Buddhism, Sayan spent years living as a Thai monk in dedicated meditation practice. He now combines business leadership with an ongoing commitment to sharing Buddhist wisdom in daily life.

Bestie
Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer

Yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner with over six years of experience in retreats and trainings. Her sessions are gentle and grounding, supporting relaxation, balance, and inner calm.
