What is conscious connected Breathwork ?
A simple breathing practice that can help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and create space for healing and personal growth.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided practice where the inhale flows directly into the exhale, creating a continuous breathing rhythm.
Unlike our everyday breathing, which often becomes shallow during times of stress, this intentional pattern invites the body into a different state of awareness.
Every experience is unique, and there is no “right” way to experience breathwork.
Why Is Breath So Powerful?
Breathing is the only automatic function in the body that we can consciously change.
Because of this, it provides a direct connection to the nervous system.
When we’re stressed, our breathing often becomes faster and shallower.
By consciously changing the way we breathe, we can influence how the body responds to stress and support a greater sense of calm and balance.
Modern research continues to explore how intentional breathing may support emotional wellbeing, focus, resilience, and nervous system regulation.

What My Students Say
Posted on Midori MolinaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended evening meditations with Aravind during my yoga teacher training and it is a practice i will take with me forever. After meditating consistently, I noticed significant reduction of anxiety and irrational thinking. I began to have a more clear and focused mindset 😌 I wish I could have been exposed to this practice earlier in life it could have saved me from a lot of stress. Aravind is incredibly knowledgeable with his teachings and gives effective techniques to deepen your practice. His calming nature will motivate you meditate regularly.Posted on NicoleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I did the meditation retreat at One Yoga for one week and had the pleasure of learning from Aravind. I didn't know what to expect before coming, with only a background in meditating from YouTube and going to sound baths. Aravind was a great teacher, filled with passion and explained everything so well. I also got to experience breathwork with Aravind the week following at Samma Karuna, which was a really incredible experience I got to experience and was my favourite class at Samma Karuna. Aravind has given me techniques that I think will stay with me for the rest of my life now. I would highly recommend working with Aravind, if I had more time in Thailand I would've loved to work with him more. Thanks so much Aravind.Posted on Anne Pontoppidan JarlboTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Aravind is an incredibly wise, calm, and kind man who not only taught me meditation techniques but also shared valuable life insights. He alternates theory with practice, allowing you to gain new insights every day and immediately put them into action. Aravind takes your personal needs into account and always has resources to help you with individual questions and challenges. I will miss Aravind’s guidance and I’m certain I will return next year.
